Reluctant, in this case, meaning ‘reluctant to resemble a huge white meringue’. 🙂

I think this ensemble would be rather fitting for a lapsed Goth bride (or bridesmaid) who is loathe to don the traditional poufiness, loves vintage styles and yearns after gowns they will never be able to afford [Helllooooooo Alexander McQueen’s last collection].

I really like the touches of black lace embellishments on the otherwise quite staid tulle background of the dress. Also, this is a dress you could quite happily wear again. Bonus!

I have splurged on the accessories again. Shoot me.
